We keep copies of correspondence and this may include names, email addresses and telephone numbers. This data is kept in case we need to refer to any previous correspondence. We keep copies of emails received and the information contained within.

The CMWP will use email addresses to ‘send out information about CMWP activities as required. Email addresses will be blind copied and not shared with any third party.

Web Site Logs

We collect the IP address, device, browser details and referring URL from website visitors. This is for traffic monitoring purposes. The data is not passed to a third party and historic logs are deleted periodically.
